Hi, I'm Lindsey
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I work with adults who long to feel more steady, more connected, and more at home within themselves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every part of you makes sense. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is based on the understanding that we all have different “parts” of us that do things like protect, strive, criticize, withdraw, worry, or carry pain from earlier experiences. Rather than trying to silence or fight these parts, we learn to listen to them with curiosity and care.
In our work together, we’ll make space for each of these parts. Rather than pushing them away, we’ll listen to what they’re protecting and what they need. Healing begins not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with the steadiness and clarity that already exist within you. As we explore how to make space for and build trust with all aspects of who you are you'll begin to experience more calm, clarity, confidence, joy and self-compassion. Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new, it means feeling more fully yourself.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, impress, or hold it all together. You can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe. We’ll honor all of you while gently tending to the places that are ready for healing. My hope is that through this process, you’ll develop a deeper sense of inner steadiness and trust in yourself.
